01 — Breath
Breathwork
Daily guided breath practice to discharge the held armor of the nervous system. Each session ends in profound, cellular quiet.

The Experience
Eleven movements, layered across six days, designed to release what you have been holding and remind you what you are made of.
01 — Breath
Daily guided breath practice to discharge the held armor of the nervous system. Each session ends in profound, cellular quiet.
02 — Sound
Crystal bowls, gongs, and shamanic drum carry the body into delta brainwave states reserved for deep sleep.
03 — Water
Private ceremonies in ancient freshwater cenotes — the Mayans called them doorways. We treat them as such.
04 — Intention
A circle of fire and palo santo on the first night, where each guest names what they are here to release.
05 — Stillness
Daily sittings in silence, on raised wooden platforms wrapped by canopy. No app. No timer. Only attention.
06 — Voice
Small, held conversations led by master facilitators. The work that turns a week into a life.
07 — Medicine
An optional Shaman-held Ayahuasca ceremony for those who choose to go deeper and a heart-opening cacao dance party are encouraged but never required.
08 — Reflection
Self-reflection journals, fountain pens, and unhurried morning hours. The page as a mirror you are finally still enough to see.
09 — Pause
Phones are not required to be surrendered, although it is highly recommended. The first three days are difficult. The next four are unforgettable.
10 — Nourishment
Gentle detox and intentional meals each day from Chef Bella Rose — plant-forward, farm-to-table, served with reverence.
11 — Sanctuary
Private villas and suites at Kaaba Luum. Climate-cooled interiors, rain-hot showers, and a kitchenette in every building for midnight tea or morning stillness. The jungle as a fourth wall.
The Sacred Cenotes
Rip through the jungles, breathe in the raw energy of the earth, and let the adventure shake you fully awake before arriving at a hidden sacred cenote tucked deep within the Mayan landscape. After the adrenaline of the ride, guests are invited to slow down, cleanse, reflect, and reconnect beside crystal-clear waters once revered by ancient civilizations as portals of healing and spiritual renewal. It's the perfect balance of thrill and stillness — a wild journey outward that somehow brings you back to yourself.

The Long Table
Each evening, we encourage conversation beneath the jungle canopy. Candlelight, brass, linen — the kind of conversations that only happen when everyone at the table has actually decided to be present.
Ancient Ground
An optional guided excursion to the sacred sites of the Yucatán — stone temples, jungle canopy, and the quiet weight of a civilization that knew how to listen to the land. A thoughtfully prepared lunch is shared along the way, so the day unfolds without hurry.
